Easy Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 chicken breasts
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Add chicken and brown on both sides.
    Stir in soup, milk and parsley and simmer, covered for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta, drain and put in baking dish.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top, cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 uncovered about 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
