Baked Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 pkg. mochiko (5 c.)
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 cans coconut milk (12 oz. size)
    1 can water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 can tsubushi-an
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
