Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
    Stir in brown sugar and milk.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring often.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Pour over powdered sugar in a large bowl.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
