Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
minced bell pepper to taste
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 tsp. sage
minced onion to taste
can of tomatoes
Preparation

Wash and drain rice.
Mix rice, sausage, ground beef, onion, bell pepper, sage and salt and pepper.
Make in balls size of walnuts.
Drop into rapidly boiling water (enough to cover). When almost done, add 1 can tomatoes.
Cook few minutes longer. Serve immediately.
