Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    8 to 10 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. coffee cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bunch (6 to 7) chopped green onions
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    10 to 12 slices day old bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Put bread in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle the cheese on top. Mix all other ingredients well and pour over bread and cheese. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
