Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add boiling water, pineapple, grated cheese, sugar and salt.
    Chill until slightly congealed. Fold in whipped cream and chill until set.
