Big Hotcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients, heat large skillet, melt a little butter in pan.
Pour a thin layer of batter in pan, cook, flip, cook other side.
Serve rolled with jelly and sour cream, or rolled with syrup and powdered sugar and sausage.
