Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Slices Bacon Diced
    2 lb. Stew Meat (Cut into 1 1/2-inch Cubes)
    1/4 Cup Flour
    1 Tbsp. Butter
    2 Medium Onions Chopped
    2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1/2 Dry Red Wine
    3 Medium Carrots (Cut into Pieces)
    1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
    1 Cup Beef Bouillon
    1/2 lb. Mushrooms (Sliced)
    Bouquet Garni (4 Sprigs Parsley, 3 Celery Tops, 2 Bay Leaves, tied together in cheese cloth)
Preparation
    Cook bacon in large frying pan until crisp, add meat browning on medium heat. Transfer meat to covered casserole dish, sprinkle with flour and set aside.
