Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef (not extra lean)
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Form into 2 ounces tightly packed meat balls.
    Bake in shallow pan 30 to 45 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Freeze until ready to use.
