Corned Beef And Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chopped up
    1/2 c. pickle relish
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water in small pan; dissolve over slow heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in onion, lemon juice and salt.
    Gradually stir in mayonnaise.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 1-quart mold.
    Top can be garnished with olives and pimiento.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
