Chuck Wagon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns, slightly thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix onion, pepper, cream of chicken soup, cheese and sour cream.
    Combine with potatoes.
    Put in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Crush cornflakes and mix with butter.
    Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover except for last 15 to 20 minutes.
