Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. potatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Have very cool, then shred.
    Add onion, celery and carrots.
    Mix rest of ingredients for dressing.
    Then fold into potato mixture.
    Chopped ham may be added.
