Goat Cheese Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. goat cheese (Feta)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. Prosciutto or baked ham, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh chopped parsley
    2 small minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 large pizza dough
    olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except dough and oil.
    Spoon filling onto 1/2 of dough circle within 1 inch of edge.
    Moisten edge with water; fold dough over the filling to make edges meet.
    Roll edges to seal. Brush dough with olive oil.
    Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 400\u00b0. Reduce heat to 375\u00b0; bake 10 to 15 minutes more, or until golden brown.
    Yields 1 large Calzone, enough for 2 generous portions.
