Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked, drained sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    6 slices bread, cubed (crust cut off)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Place bread in dish.
    Add meat.
    Mix all other ingredients as follows:
    Beat eggs until fluffy; add seasoning and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add cheese.
    Pour in dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Will puff, then fall a little after removing from oven. Make half for a small family.
