Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. pecans (halves)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat pecan halves for 15 minutes at 200\u00b0; set aside.
Cook sugar, water, cinnamon and salt in heavy saucepan without stirring to 236\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and pecan halves.
Stir gently until nuts are well coated and mix looks glossy.
Turn out on well greased cookie sheet and separate using 2 forks.
