Rice Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Brown ground meat, onion and pepper; drain and add spaghetti sauce.
    Beat egg slightly, stir in cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Spread 1/2 meat sauce on bottom. Spoon 1/2 rice over sauce.
    Top with 1/2 cheese mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
