Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    3 sliced tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 sliced onions
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 can beef broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt butter in skillet and brown pork chops. Arrange chops on rice and cover with onions, tomatoes and green peppers.
    Pour broth over everything and cover pan with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
