Egg Casserole(Serves 9 To 12 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 lb. grated American cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Put grated cheese into lightly greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Cut margarine into slices and dot top of cheese.
    Mix together half and half, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Pour half of this over cheese in pan.
    Whip 12 eggs and pour over everything.
    Pour remaining half and half mixture over eggs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
