Pork Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. cooked, smoked turkey sausage
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    2 c. cubed, cooked pork
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
Preparation
    Halve turkey sausage lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch slices. In a 12-inch skillet, cook sausage, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic until onion is tender.
    Stir in chili powder, ground red pepper and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Cook and stir for 1 minute.
