Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    sour cream
    milk
    dried chives
    butter
    salt
    pepper
    cheese
Preparation
    Pierce a hole in each potato.
    Microwave potatoes approximately 3 to 5 minutes for each potato, depending on size. Let potatoes stand for 5 minutes or until they can be handled. Split and hollow the potato out.
    Mash and whip the inside of potato with the remaining ingredients except for cheese. Fill potato shells with potato mixture. Top with cheese.
    Microwave approximately 30 seconds for each potato or until cheese is completely melted.
