Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts, divided
    1 maraschino cherry
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well. Blend in 1 cup of the chopped nuts. Mixture will be soft. Chill until firm; shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Place on serving plate and press the cherry into the top. Serve with crackers.
