Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk, heated
3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and seasonings.
Stir until smooth; slowly add hot milk, stirring when it thickens.
Melt cheese in sauce.
In buttered baking dish, put layers of sliced potatoes, onion and cheese sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
