Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water.
Drain.
Place in baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, salt and egg.
Spread evenly in pan.
Saute ground beef in oil. Drain off fat.
Stir in sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
Layer in pan and top with meat mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 10 minutes longer.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
