Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. bag medium noodles
1 box white raisins
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 eggs
3/4 lb. cream cheese (1 small, 1 large)
1 small lemon (1 Tbsp. lemon juice)
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Boil noodles for 6 minutes, then drain.
Add butter to noodles.
Separate eggs.
Take yolk and mix with sugar, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla flavor and lemon juice.
Add white raisins to mix.
Beat and fold white of eggs.
Pour in dish or pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
