Hobo Stew(As Served In The Hobo Jungles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 nail (any size)
    1 cut up chicken
    1 cut up rabbit
    1 lb. cubed beef
    carrots, onions and potatoes, cut up
    3 cloves garlic
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    beef or chicken stock
Preparation
    In a pot, put the nail, vegetables (except garlic) and meat. Cover entire mix with beef or chicken stock and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Drain and reserve stock.
    Add garlic and Tabasco sauce.
    Remove nail and make a roux.
    Add the stock over the meat and vegetables and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes (not done in jungle).
    Serve on a hot plate.
