Molded Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
2 c. apricot juice
2 c. chopped canned apricots
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. finely grated medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling juice and add apricots and remaining cup of juice.
Heat to almost boiling; pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Immediately cover with marshmallows; chill. Top with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle with the cheese at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
