Sole With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sole fillets
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the sole in baking dish so that the fish fits snugly. Prepare a mixture of the olive oil, lemon juice, wine, parsley and rosemary.
    Mix the ingredients and pour over the fish.
    Bake for about 20 minutes or until the fish barely begins to flake.
    Serves 4 to 6.
