Party Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry and cool in refrigerator. Melt butter.
    Add pumpkin and spices.
    Beat eggs until frothy. Mix flour, sugar, salt and milk.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add to pumpkin mixture and stir gently.
    Pour in shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes longer.
    Test with knife.
