Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. hot water
1 tsp. Knox gelatine
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Mix jello with water.
Add berries, pineapple and nuts.
Pour 1/2 mixture in Pyrex dish and congeal.
Add sour cream over this. Then pour rest of mixture over this and congeal.
