Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender at low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
