Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix flour and baking powder.
    Add the shortening and mix well (like a pie crust).
    Add the buttermilk.
    Roll the dough 3/4 inch thick.
    Make circles with a cutter or glass.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 until lightly brown.
