South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 med. avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10-1/2 oz.) jalapeno bean dip
    1 bunch shallots, chopped
    2 (3-1/2 oz.) cans black olives
    3 med. tomatoes, chopped fine
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Blend avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.
    Blend bean dip until smooth. Spread in a 9x13 dish in the following order:
    bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, shallots, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
