Scallop Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped scallops
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. House Autry breader mix
    1/3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. If mixture is too thick, you will need to add a little more water. Mixture should be like a thick pancake. Drop 1/4 cup mixture for each fritter. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
