Velvet Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour two 9-inch cake pans. Combine all the ingredients for the layers in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat for 2 to 3 minutes. Batter should be thick but smooth.
    Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of the layers. Cool completely on racks.
