Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 well beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
2 cans creamed corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
