Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. raisins
8 oz. pineapple flavored yogurt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 extra large eggs
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Stir together flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, nuts and raisins.
Add yogurt, oil and eggs.
Stir until batter is smooth. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch square pan.
Stir together 2 tablespoons sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and coconut. Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of batter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
