Ham And Pecan Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    3/4 lb. fully cooked ham
    1 medium green pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. pecan halves
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice; cut ham into bite size strips.
    Cut green pepper into 1-inch pieces.
    In a small bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and red pepper.
    Set the mixture aside.
