Butterscotch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh diced apples

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs until creamy.
Add all except fruit (will be thick).
Add apples.
Sprinkle top with butterscotch bits.
