Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped (frozen or fresh) broccoli
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
salt, pepper, paprika to taste
1/4 stick butter
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy saucepan and saute until tender broccoli, onion and carrots.
Stir in milk, soup or broth and seasoning. Cover and simmer on medium low (heat) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Serves 5.
