Beef Choufleur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef round steak or pork steak
    1 small head cauliflower (4 c.) separated into flowerets
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. beef broth or water
    1 c. onions
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch squares and brown about 5 minutes.
    Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic.
    Stir to lightly coat vegetables with soy sauce.
    Cover pan and simmer until vegetables are barely tender, about 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch, sugar and broth.
    Add to meat mixture with green onions.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated and sauce is thick. Serve over rice.
