Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    6 boned chicken breasts, cooked
    garlic salt
    butter
    1/4 c. American cheese, grated
    toasted slivered almonds
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. or more cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    paprika
    4 tuna steaks (roughly 8 oz. each; less if you like less fish)
    3 heaping Tbsp. Dijon mustard (I use Grey Poupon)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shallots, chopped finely
    2 large cloves garlic, chopped finely
    3 Tbsp. fresh dill, cut finely, or 2 tsp. dried dill
Preparation
    Wash and dry tuna.
    Cut off any skin and the dark meat (will be considerably darker than the rest of the tuna).
    In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir together.
    In a flat container, coat both sides of tuna generously with all the marinade; cover and refrigerate overnight.
