Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. carrots, cut up
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. chicken broth (add can of cream of chicken)
    1 c. milk
    4 c. chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pie crust
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in skillet with butter for 10 minutes. Add flour
    to vegetables, stirring for 1 minute.
    Mix chicken broth and
    milk together; add to skillet mixture.
    Cook until thick. Add
    salt
    and pepper.
    Add chicken.
    Put pie crust on top and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
