Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 green hot peppers, chopped
    1/2 can (regular size) cream-style corn or 1 small can
    1 large chopped onion
    1/4. c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and bake in 475\u00b0 oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
    Can also be made into muffins.
