Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Ortega whole green, peeled chilies
    12 to 16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 large eggs, beaten
    salt, pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Open chilies up and clean out seeds and seams.
    Lay out chilies flat in bottom of a 9-inch Pyrex pie plate (like a pie crust).
    Put cheese over chilies up to the rim.
    Mix beaten eggs and other ingredients.
    Slowly spoon eggs over cheese.
    Bake in a preheated 275\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
