Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 medium potatoes, chopped finely
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Put potatoes and onion in 3-quart saucepan; pour water in, just enough to cover potatoes.
Cook on medium heat until potatoes are done.
Add salt.
Mash potatoes by hand.
Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta.
Turn fire down to low-medium.
When cheese is melted, it's ready.
