Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk (approximately)
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 bag large marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    When cooked, slip skins off. With electric mixer, whip potatoes, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and enough milk to make potatoes smooth and creamy.
    Add coconut, raisins and walnuts.
    If desired, add more cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Cover entire top of casserole with marshmallows.
    Push marshmallows 1/4 way into top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly browned.
