Sweet Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. sweet bell peppers (12 red and 12 green; red adds color), chopped very fine
7 medium onions, chopped very fine
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. mustard seed
3 Tbsp. salt (canning)
Preparation

After chopping, drain peppers and onions.
Add sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and salt.
Mix together and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 30 minutes.
Seal in hot, sterile jars.
