Miniature Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put water and butter in
    saucepan
    and\tbring
    to boil, melting butter.
    Take pan off stove and add flour and salt and stir until dough forms a ball.
    Add
    eggs
    one at a time until well blended.
    Spoon by
    heaping
    teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
    Bake
    at
    375\u00b0
    until puffed up and browned.
    Do not underbake,
    as they will fall.
    Fill with chicken salad, ham salad or pudding.
