Cherry Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. margarine or butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vanilla (or both)
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and vanilla (and/or lemon juice).
Pour batter on a greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Spread batter with spoon.
