Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 McIntosh apples
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg and add melted butter and vanilla.
    Slice apples thinly.
    Put into 9-inch greased pan.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Mix in egg, butter and vanilla; pour over apples. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
